Back 2 School Showcase A Fitting Wrap Up

August 20, 2008 – As the travel team season comes an end, tournaments will dot the landscape between now and October, providing the opportunity for teams of all ages to do battle before school starts. Hoop Magic’s Back 2 School Showcase is one of the first.

Scheduled for tomorrow, August 22nd through Sunday the 24th, Chantilly, Va’s Hoop Magic Sports Academy hosts the Back 2 School Showcase, a boy’s travel team tourney boasting 33 teams in the 14, 15, 16 and 17 and under age groupings. Though not voluminous in terms on entrants, the Showcase should provide observers the chance to see numerous future college stars perform, including young men from the Washington, DC, B’More, Pittsburgh, and Ottawa, Canada areas.

Admission is eight dollars per day, and 15 for a weekend pass. Exact team and schedule information is present on the Hoop Magic Sports Academy site linked above. .
