League in PG County is one to check out.
September 27, 2011 – Brian Inge and his 94 Feet Basketball operation have jumped on the local hoops scene in a big way, hosting high school/travel team leagues and as well as charity events, such as this summer’s Deanwood Summer Jam and top level basketball trainning services. The young entrepreneur and compadres are making a name for themselves in District-Maryland-Virginia hoops. Well, Inge and 94 Feet have done it again, this time offering the Full Court League; a high school-aged boys fall league, Full Court, held at Capital Sports Complex in District Heights, MD, was started according to Inge via email “to give teams from DC, PG COUNTY, CHARLES COUNTY and VA (Virginia) a chance to compete against teams they normally may not have an opportunity to see during the regular winter season”.
Members of the Ruff Riders team, this summer. The league, which started September 17th and is planned through the end of October, has the following teams participating: Oxon Hill High School (MD), The Potomac School (VA), Westlake (MD), McKinley Tech (DC), Thurgood Marshall (DC), Thomas Edison (VA), the Ruff Ryders and 94 Feet Basketball Select. Per Inge, “Admission is free, and the league is a follow up to
the spring league held earlier in the year”. “In the future I would like to have more participation from schools in other regions as well, Annapolis, Baltimore, Montgomery County, etc”. That would definitely stamp him and 94 Feet Basketball in the I-95 corridor. Come check out the Full Court Press League, as solid hoops are presented
for free.
