DC Versus Philly a Reality October 28th

October 19, 2006 – On the East Coast, there is a running debate as to who has the best high school hoops, and nowhere are those feelings more heated then in the DC and Philadelphia areas. Animated debates have raged for years. Now, courtesy of the DC Triple Threat and Cutino Mobley Studz coaching staffs, the argument will be settled on the hardwood.
At Oxon Hill High School (Oxon Hill, MD) on October 28th, Team Maryland – consisting of high school athletes from the DC and Baltimore metro areas – will battle Team Philly, across all high school grade classifications, in the First Annual Philly Versus Maryland Shootout.
Freshman start the action at 1pm, with sophomores following at 3pm, seniors taking the court at 5pm, and juniors concluding the action, with their game commencing at 7pm. Adults get in for $10, while kids 13 & under pay $5.
