There was much talent at this year's National High School Hoops Festival.

December 16, 2010 - Completing our coverage of the fourth annual National High School Sports Festival, following are third and fourth all-event teams, as developed by this site, with assistance from informed observers. Again the teams were not comprised with position in mind. For the first two squads, click here.

Other designations were:

Most Surprising Team - I. C. Norcom (VA) - Norcom jumped on Gwynn Park and never relented, eventually winning by 29 points. The team has four guys capable of running point/leading the attack, a big time hoops recruit in Dorian Finney-Smith, toughness and skill. There is little doubt that if this squad 'moved' to the District-Maryland-Virginia area, it would be one of its best, regardless of public/private designation.

Best Move - Beejay Anya - DeMatha's sophomore big man narrowly beat out Torian Graham and others for this award; Early in DeMatha's 11 point vanquish of St. Vincent's - St. Mary's Anya, in back to the basket position, faked left, spun his hips right, dropped the ball in front of him baseline, rose, and punished the rim. All in one smooth motion. It proved hard work pays off.

Colleges represented - South Florida, Holy Cross, Howard, Morgan State, UVA, Xavier, Georgetown, Maryland, VA Tech, AU, Northeastern, Rice, Boston College and others.

Third Team

Jeremy Canty - 6'3", 190 pound senior guard, I.C. Norcom (VA) - Morgan State recruit is athletic, tough and skilled. For MEAC play, must demonstrate an ability to sink outside shots consistently.

Jacoby Davis - 6'2", 185 pound senior guard, West Charlotte (NC) - At North Florida next year, Davis must be more of a point guard. Can score the rock, particularly via getting to the hole.

Jerome Canty will finish through contact.

Eric Moody - 5'11, 170 pound senior point guard, Benedictine (VA) - Not having received an offer yet, the likes of ECU, VCU, St. Francis, Ohio, plus both Central and North Florida are interested in Moody, a pass first point guard that can score. Getting stronger and proving more of an offensive threat will likely boost his recruitment.

Malcolm Clark - 6'3, 180 pound senior swingman, Ceasar Chavez (DC) - Clark is a stat stuffer, doing some of everything. Needs to improve his jumpshot's consistency. Will strap up defensively.

Stan Robinson - 6'4", 170 pound sophomore swingman, Paul VI (VA) - A slasher/defender, Robinson has improved his jumper, and most continue that work, along with getting stronger. Is trending to be a big time guy.

Marcellous Bell - 5'10", 160 pound sophomore guard, DeMatha Catholic (MD) - His stats read 20 points, five rebounds and one assist, which tells the story of Bell, a guard that can drive and shoot. For big time college play, must demonstrate he is more of a point guard.

Stan Robinson has become a much better shooter, augmenting his already solid all-around game.

Jerami Grant - 6'8", 170 pound junior swingman, DeMatha Catholic (MD) - Though Grant didn't display a great shooting touch, he did impact the game greatly via slashing, finishing and boarding. Notched 12 points, 11 rebounds and three dimes. Must become stronger for college play. Is getting offers/looks from schools in BIG EAST, ACC, Big 12 and other conferences.

Fourth Team

Beejay Anya - 6'7", 260 pound sophomore forward, DeMatha Catholic (MD) - Started out strong but tapered off, finishing with five points and three rebounds in 13 minutes. Anya has to continue developing a mid-range game. Is very strong around the rim and loves to challenge shooters.

Brandon Ford - 6'3", 180 pound senior guard, Gwynn Park (MD) - A scorer whose team struggled, Ford finished with a respectable 12 points and four boards. De-committed from Loyola (MD) and is now open. Should become more of a playmaker for others in college.

Beejay Anya has great feet for a player his size.

Trey Davis - 6'4", 185 pound senior swingman, Benedictine (VA) - Could easily have been slotted higher, as Davis slashed continuously, scoring or getting fouled. His jumpshot must be relied upon in college more consistently. Will attend Richmond.

Keith Shivers - 6'3", 180 pound junior swingman, Wise (MD) - Another guy that could have made a higher team, Shivers is a shooter that will also battle. Dropped 18 points and seven boards. His handle must be tightened.

Kameron Mack - 6'4", 200 pound senior forward, I.C. Norcom (Va) - Currently a UVA football recruit (defensive), Mack is the type of player that goes up and gets it, before bringing the ball down on your head. There is a chance he could re-evaluate his oral commitment, at which time schools would likely come clamoring for him in both sports; Mack can hit the long ball via a set jumper and makes hoops plays, but must further develop his handle for big time guard play.

Pat Holloway - 6'1", 160 pound sophomore guard, Paul VI (VA) - A shooter pure and simple, Holloway has worked on his ball patting and it shows. That will continue going forward.

Lorenzo Cugini - 6'5", 21- pound senior forward, St. Vincent-St. Mary (OH) - Cugini is not particularly athletic nor does he dribble like Curly Neal, but he can definitely shoot the rock. Additionally he's comfortable making basketball plays all over the floor.

John Savoy - 6'7", 180 pound senior forward, Wise (MD) - A developing player having only played organized ball for three years now, Savoy dropped 15 points and 10 rebounds, in 19 minutes of play. He's long and pretty athletic, but must develop offensive footwork.
