Think NHSI third/fourth team status is for chumps? Think again. There were so many worthy players the teams were expanded.

Third Team

Kenny Manigult - 6'4", 185 pound senior swingman, Pinewood Prep - Winner of the i95Ballerz.com NHSI Sleeper award, this future Witchita State Shocker can shoot, defend, and attack the rim. Possessing a greater than seven foot wingspan, if he bones up on his handle, the sky's the limit for Manigult.

Carlos Lopez - 6'10", 210 pound senior center, Findlay - Headed to UNLV because of as he put it "the love the people in Vegas gave me", this native of Puerto Rico is multi-skilled. Will be a load in college.

Aaron Brown - 6'4", 180 pound junior guard, St. Benedict's - The likes of Seton Hall and mid-majors, including Ivy League schools are all over the tough, aggressive, and skilled Brown, who can take it to the rim or hit jumpers. Increased handle work is necessary for him to take his game to high levels. Runner up for the Sleeper Award.

Aaron Brown takes it to second team selection Glenn Bryant.

Dante Holmes - 6'2", 170 pound junior guard, St. Frances - Had to be included as Holmes repped B'More well, to the tune of 23 points against St. Benedict's. Can shoot and defend, while providing toughness. Holmes must expand his patting ability. Mid-Majors are on him.

Gilvydas Biruta - 6'8", 225 pound junior forward, St. Benedict's - An Eastern European native, Biruta has shown he's more than just a little Americanized, as he likes to bang as well as hit jumpers. Mid-Majors and Ivy League schools are all over him, and with continued work he could be headed to high major action.

Noah Cottrill - 6'2", 190 pound junior guard, Mountain State Academy - A future West Virginia Mountaineer, Cottrill is tough, gritty, and can score. He understands that Big East success will be predicated on becoming more of a true point guard.

Fourth Team

Milton Jennings - 6'9", 215 senior forward, Pinewood Prep - A future Clemson student athlete, Jennings has a good release, length and athletic ability. Must get stronger physically and mentally for ACC success.

Myck Kabongo - 6'1", 155 pound sohomore point guard, St. Benedict's - Orginially from Congo, via Canada, Kabongo definitely has potential, which he has pledged to Texas. Can drive and shoot, though must work on situation recognition.

Byron Allen - 6'3", 215 pound junior swingman, Oak Hill - Given his aggressive nature and athletic ability, Allen seems a great fit for West Virginia, to which he is committed. Expect Allen, who excelled coming off of Oak Hill's stacked bench, to continue is obvious jumpshot work, and to be more of a primary ball handler going forward.

Bryon Allen has shown increased handle.

Dominic Morris - 6'6", 240 pound junior forward, Friend's Central - A banger with mid-range and low post skills, Morris is getting A10 and other mid-major looks. Providence had expressed interest also. His physique and foot quickness looks tailor-made for football.

Justin Anderson - 6'5", 185 pound freshman forward, Montrose Christian - The term wunderkind is appropriate for Anderson, given his athletic ability, basketball skills and developed physique. Can let emotionalism get in his way, but as he gets older that will be addressed.

Isaiah Armwood - 6'8", 185 pound senior forward, Montrose Christian - Headed to Villanova, Armwood showed the level of activity and aggression that drew the Wildcats to him. Must get stronger and continue improving his jump shot and off-hand dribble.
