Saint Frances to host middle school team extravaganza.

November 3, 2009 - The pages of i95Ballerz.com focuses on sports high school-aged and above; it is the publisher's personal opinion players in any sport younger than high school should not focus on articles and exposure, but on basics such as reading, writing and arithmetic. First things come first.

But there are some events covering such younger players that deserve mention. The Panther Thanksgiving Shootout is one such tournament.

To be held November 27th-29th, the Thanksgiving Shootout provides 13 and 14 year old boys teams, both AAU/travel team and middle school variety, an opportunity to play under the whistle, against top level 'bump'.

"We wanted to get the best AAU and middle school teams, and expose them to great competition" said a prime organizer, Nick Myles. "We already have teams from Baltimore, DC and Delaware. We are trying to get a couple of teams from Virginia".

When: November 27th-29th
