For a reasonable price, Radarhoops International brings its extensive experience to PG County, MD, providing exposure.

July 4, 2010 – Many high school student athletes and their families are acutely cued into what’s been dubbed the ‘open period’; the roughly four weeks in July the NCAA allows all college coaches, including Division I program leaders, to come out and see players perform. The opportunities to do so include not only AAU/travel team tournaments, but showcases as well. The RHI Hoops Showcase is one of the latter.

Godwin Owinje of Radarhoops International has copious experience in international and domestic hoops circuits. He is a principal in the Showcase.

Held July 9th, the first annual Radarhoops International Hoops Showcase is billed as a “basketball exposure camp for high school players who would like to improve recruiting interest and options at the collegiate level”. Given its status as a NCAA approved event, expect coaches from across the college hoops spectrum – NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, NAIA Divisions I and II along with Divisions I, II and III schools in the junior college ranks - in attendance.

Cost is only $30 per participant, and action begins at 8:30am in the Central High School gym (200 Cabin Branch Road, Capitol Heights, MD) on Friday the 9th. A full day of activities is scheduled, including stretching, skill sessions and of course games.

For more information, including registration (player/coaches), hotel and scheduling, visit www.radarhoops.com/showcase. If the web is not your thing, call 240.351.4413.

See you there, to miss the RHI Hoops Showcase – it’s reasonable, will provide exposure and supply instruction, makes no sense.
