Carroll got it down in the SFI.

December 5, 2011 - This past weekend Archbishop Carroll (DC) took home Sidwell Friends Invitational champ honors, via a 53-51 'chip game win over Wilson (DC). The game, though not the tournament's best, was befitting a championship contest, with neither school leading by more than four points throughout.

For the record, the game's most thrilling affair was Wilson's double overtime, 74-70 defeat of Sidwell Friends. That affair saw Wilson's senior swingman Demetri Gaither drop 24 points and junior point guard Cedrick McFadden finish with 22, while Sidwell's junior standout swingman Josh Hart notched 30 points, 27 rebounds and eight assists. Rarely is a high school game that drama and effort filled.

Following are boys and girls all tournament performers, as provided by tourney organizers (in conjunction with coaches). The i95Ballerz.com all-invitational crew is coming soon!
