Will 'The Thrill' Barton raps about a number of topics, here.

January 1, 2012 - Last month Will Barton, sophomore swingman at Memphis who hails from Baltimore, fielded a litany of questions after his team's 70-59 loss to Georgetown. Played on the Hoyas' Verizon Center floor, the game afforded Barton a return home.

Will Barton attacks the tin against Georgetown.

Afterward, he and brother Antonio, himself a Memphis student-athlete, left for the Charm City to celebrate Christmas. But before doing so, Will addressed a throng of media after his team's lengthy team meeting - one in which they were not made available until almost two hours after game time - including discussing: The role of Baltimore in his development, problems with his team (then 6-5) against Georgetown and generally, his play specifically, battles with Hoya sophomore guard Markel Starks, the need to get stronger and importance of playing hard.

Barton has matured greatly since leaving B'More, positioning himself as a future pro prospect.
